The ITS Help Desk is the front line platform for managing all IT services. The ITS Help Desk operates 8 x 5, Sun to Thu, (8 am till 5 pm).

Our front office executives register user requests into our IT service management system and either resolve the ticket or escalate it to the next level of support.

Reset Password

To reset your password, please visit portal https://mygutech.gutech.edu.om

or

  1. GUtech Email account sign-in page, click on one of the “can’t access your account?” or “forgot your password?” links, or navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
  2. Enter your GUtech Email ID and Captcha correctly
  1. Follow the one verification methods which you prefer. Once you’ve met the requirements of the organizational policy, you are allowed to choose a new password.
  1. After successful password reset you can login to all GUtech IT Portals with the new password.

OFF Campus access

Staff and students can access GUtech resources (access network license, Shared file drives, QWiki etc)  while you are off campus, using GUtech SSL VPN.
